This one-bedroom, 750SF once-abandoned unit located in a pre-war co-op building near Grand Army Plaza was fully renovated and refinished. A new steel lintel and large, continuous built-in millwork installation rectified an otherwise unwieldy floorplan, and provided a hidden coat closet, seating area, and a kitchen extended beyond its previous footprint. The space received new flooring, electrical distribution, and windows. The bedroom was reconfigured to include a small working desk and walk-in closet. The space represents its occupants: creative, inviting, and organized.
