CROWN HEIGHTS TOWNHOUSE UPPER FLOOR     |     BROOKLYN, NY

Completed in 2023, the upper floor of this three-story, two-family Landmarked townhouse was fully renovated and reconfigured from the ground up. Collaboration with the client was integral from the onset of design in finding a balance between both restoring and adding to the history of the house. New skylights in new and existing locations help bring light into the interior of the plan.  The house received new windows, plumbing, HVAC, electrical distribution, and solar energy systems.
