This full gut renovation of a three story townhouse in Windsor Terrace was completed in 2024. The clients maintained a simple palette, using  clean lines and natural materials. They wanted to bring in as much natural light as possible within the narrow existing lot, while also maintaining a separation of functional spaces. The rear facade was opened up to incorporate a double-height glazed unit, intended to bring natural light through the first and second floors.  General Contracting by CityLine Interiors. Kitchen cabinetry is by Reform and custom pantry and entry bench is by David Concha Millwork.
