This partial renovation of a two story townhouse in Windsor Terrace was completed in 2024. The clients - inspired by a mixture of minimalism, curves, and natural materials - found an aesthetic that could establish a new voice for the home while still harmonizing with the existing historic character. The kitchen and bathroom were replanned and a new steel deck was added to the rear yard. New windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC accompanied the renovation. The custom kitchen cabinetry by Christian Kubek Design & Houndstooth Painting allowed for integrated appliances, flush inset paneling, and operable curved fronts.
